danuta pieter impact advisory is a boutique strategic and management consultancy, founded in 2022 by Danuta Pieter, with a strong expertise in the fields of health, education, social and environmental innovation and high impact philanthropy. We advise philanthropists, social entrepreneurs, public institutions and non-profit organisations.
dpia works on a project basis with a permanent team based in Paris and an international network of professionals and change makers especially across Europe and Africa.

founder
dpia was founded by Danuta Pieter. A graduate from Imperial College London, HEC Paris and Sciences-Po. Danuta was for 12 years the CEO of the Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris – Hôpitaux de France, a leading non-profit organization for bringing about innovation in patient care in public hospitals.
Danuta is a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and at the University of Silesia in Katowice Poland, where she teaches courses on philanthropy and fundraising. She is also a regular contributor at NYU.
Previously, Danuta was an associate researcher at the Center for Geostrategic Studies of Normale Sup’ Ulm. She then created and ran the department of know-how transfer at Suez Environment – a worldwide utility company, where she also specialized in Water for All Programs in large metropolises across the globe.
Danuta is a board member of several non profit organizations including Prof. Józef Pieter Foundation in Poland and Ambition Saint Denis in Saint Denis.
